These terms govern your use of AutoCA ("Service"), offered by the operator of autoca.vercel.app ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The service
AutoCA provides software for uploading, processing, and exporting invoice-related data, including features that may integrate with accounting tools or support GST-oriented workflows. Features and availability may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must comply with applicable laws, including tax and data-protection requirements in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service—for example, by attempting unauthorized access, overloading systems, uploading unlawful content, or using outputs to commit fraud. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
4. Customer data
You retain rights in data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data as needed to provide the Service. Our handling of personal and business data may be further described in a separate privacy policy or data processing addendum where applicable.
5. Disclaimers
The Service and any AI-assisted outputs are provided "as is." Automated extraction may contain errors. You remain responsible for verifying figures, tax treatment, and ledger postings. We are not a substitute for professional judgment or statutory compliance.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability may be capped as set forth in your subscription agreement or as otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
