Getting started

New users can create a free account to access the dashboard. Returning users should sign in. Product tours and deeper feature overviews also live on our landing page (sections for features, pricing, CAs, and resources).

Uploading invoices

From the dashboard, use the upload flows to add PDFs or images. Supported formats depend on your plan and product version; if a file is rejected, check the on-screen message for allowed types. For best accuracy, use clear scans and avoid heavy cropping of totals or tax lines.

GST and reconciliation

AutoCA is designed with Indian GST workflows in mind—capturing line items, tax splits, and party details that teams use during reconciliation. Always verify extracted values against source documents and your internal controls before filing or posting.

Tally and export

Export features help move structured data toward Tally and similar systems. Column mapping and ledger conventions vary by practice—review exports in a test company before applying to live books.

Billing and plans

Plan details and trials are summarized on the pricing section of our site. For invoices, receipts, or plan changes, email the address listed on Customer support.
